How is personalization done?

Our fabric products, such as cuddly toys, are finished using a high-quality, long-lasting printing technique in which the design is permanently fixed using heat.

We personalize wooden products with precise laser engraving, which is also of the highest quality. Every personalization is permanent, ensuring your gift remains unique.

Shipment

We only ship with insured premium shipping from DHL.

Thanks to tracking, we and you always know where your package is.

Production time

We manufacture the products within 2 business days of ordering and ship them no later than 4 days after ordering.

return

We will, of course, accept returns of non-personalized products within two weeks. You will be responsible for shipping the return. We do not cover return shipping.
