We check the products very carefully and then personalize them for you.

We only ship with insured premium shipping from DHL.

Thanks to tracking, we and you always know where your package is.

We manufacture the products within 2 business days of ordering and ship them no later than 4 days after ordering.

If you need something very quickly, please send us an email using the contact form.

We will, of course, accept returns of non-personalized products within two weeks. You will be responsible for shipping the return. We do not cover return shipping.
