A. Shipping costs and information:
By default, shipping is only available to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL . The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.
We ship to Germany, all of Europe and Switzerland: You can find the shipping costs in the table below.
I. Shipping within Germany:
Shipping within mainland Germany is free.
II. Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following countries:
Germany, All of Europe, Switzerland
Shipping costs to Germany are 0 euros per order.
Shipping costs throughout the EU are 0 euros per order.
Shipping costs to Switzerland are 2.90 euros per order.
The products are shipped from outside of Europe. Therefore, your order may be subject to additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties). These are not paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.

1. Advance payment by bank transfer
Please transfer the amount to the IBAN specified in the email after placing your order.
2. Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard .
3. Cash payment upon collection
You pick up the goods from us yourself and pay in cash on site. We will first notify you by email that your ordered goods are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address: (Sommergasse 6A, 54338 Schweich)
In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
4. Payment via SOFORT transfer
Conveniently pay the amount directly to the specified IBAN
5. Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
- Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from the date of shipment of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, the date the service is made available. - Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95) or under the terms otherwise specified during checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice. - Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
- Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods are shipped. You will be notified of the date by email. (Please only list payment methods that you offer.)
The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. As part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract, we will therefore forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. 6. Paypal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal.
